2024 Cadillac CT4-V Model, Specs, Release Date – Currently, the Cadillac CT4-V is the sole American luxury small sedan to challenge the German dominance of the market. Cadillac’s entry-level sedan model has a sporty appearance that goes well with the car’s lively personality. A 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder machine that makes 237 horsepower is standard, but an option is to get a 2.7L engine that makes 309 horsepower, making the CT4 a two-engine car.
There are no surprises in this CT4 review. Three trim levels are offered for the Cadillac CT4, the base Luxury, the mid-Premium Luxury, and the top-of-the-line Sport, each with a specific feature set. Additionally, the CT4 V line has a larger engine and a 10-speed transmission, along with upgraded ride quality. Also, the CT4 V-Blackwing, Cadillac’s popular performance sedan from 2019, is set to return as the CT4 V-Blackwing.
2024 Cadillac CT4-V Redesign
There are just slight cosmetic modifications to indicate the increased performance you’d expect from a V-badged Caddy on the CT4-V, which makes it easy to distinguish from the rest of the CT4 lineup. New grilles, a discreet rear spoiler, and quad-exit exhaust tips contribute to a dark image, while LED headlights with vertical running lights are the most eye-catching aesthetic element. A power sunroof may be added for a modest charge if desired. It’s common to have 18-inch wheels wrapped in summer tires, but you can go up to 19s for a little more.
The CT4-V is easily identified on the exterior by its distinctive grille and four exhaust points. Interior

The headroom is adequate in the rear and front seats, but if you have a broad frame, you may find yourself rubbing elbows with the person in the passenger seat. The seats in our test vehicle lacked both ventilation and massaging capabilities, and as a result, we found them uncomfortable for someone with my height (5’8″) and build. There aren’t many issues with getting in and out.
Engine
The basic model has 235 horsepower and 258 lb of torque from a 2.0-liter engine. An 8-speed automatic gearbox is standard equipment for transferring power to the wheels—more horsepower. The 2.7L 4-cylinder engines in the Premium Luxury and V-Series trims produce 309 or 325 hp, respectively. The 10-speed automatic transmission is the sole transmission option for the larger engine, so purchasers get a few additional gears as a bonus. The 472 horsepower dual-turbo V6 engine is paired with a 6-speed manual or 10-speed automatic transmission in the V-Series Blackwing.
The EPA claims that the rear-wheel-drive CT4-V gets 20/29/23 mpg on city/highway/combined cycles, but the all-wheel-drive CT4-V gets 28 mpg on the highway and the same numbers for the other two processes, according to official data. A 17-gallon petrol tank is good for 391 miles of mixed driving on a 17-gallon tank.
2024 Cadillac CT4-V Pricing and Release Date
It costs $45,895 before the $1,195 shipping and delivery charge for the standard rear-wheel-drive Cadillac CT4-V. The MSRP will jump to $48,955 if you go with an all-wheel drive. You may expect to pay roughly $60,000 for the vehicle with all the options checked. Bookings have already begun for the 2024 CT4s, now in production. They are scheduled to be available at dealerships by the end of the year.
