The CTS’s 2.0-liter engine is more powerful and quicker than those of its competitors, with similar displacements.
When paired with the all-wheel-drive system, the CTS-optional V’s 3.6-liter V6 engine produces 335 hp and 285 lb-ft of torque. Even though the smaller turbocharged engine has more torque, the V6 engine runs smoother and has more consistent power all over.

The starting price of this car is far less than that of its German rival, the BMW 5 Series, which starts at $53,400 for the base model.
