2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ: The Ultimate Electric Luxury SUV – Many people know and love the Cadillac Escalade. Soon, the big, high-end SUV will also be an electric car. The 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ is the company’s first full-size all-electric SUV. It has all the style and comfort you’d expect from an Escalade, but it runs on electricity instead of gas. This exciting new model has everything you need to know.
What’s New for 2025 ?
This is a brand-new model for 2025. It is built on the same basis as the GMC Hummer EV SUV. It has a sleek and futuristic look, a roomy and luxurious cabin, and an electric engine that is both powerful and efficient. And it comes with the Ultra Cruise hands-free driver-assist system. This lets you drive without touching the steering wheel on more than 200,000 miles of suitable roads in the US and Canada.
Design: Exterior and Interior
The Escalade IQ has a prominent grille, vertical LED headlights and taillights, and a molded body that makes it look like a Cadillac. There are more than 200 LEDs that light up the hood, making it stand out at night. The Escalade IQ also has a panoramic glass roof that goes from the front windshield to the back window. This lets you see the sky in beautiful detail.
The Escalade IQ’s interior is modern and sleek, and it has enough room for up to eight people. It has a curved 55-inch diagonal tablet display that goes across the whole dashboard and houses the climate controls, audio and video controls, and instrument panel. You can change the display to show different modes and information, like guidance, entertainment, performance, or background lights. In the Escalade IQ, there is also a luxury second row with two seats that can massage, heat, cool, or recline, as well as a center bench with cup holders and wireless charging.
The all-wheel drive electric engine in the Escalade IQ gives it incredible speed and range. It comes with two battery packs: a standard 150 kWh pack that lets you go about 450 miles on a single charge and a 200 kWh pack that you can add to increase the range to over 500 miles. DC fast chargers can charge the batteries at up to 350 kW, which can add up to 195 miles of range in just 10 minutes.
There are also two different power outputs for the Escalade IQ. The standard version has 680 horsepower and 615 lb-ft of torque, and the Velocity Max version has 750 horsepower and 785 lb-ft of torque. It only takes 3.5 seconds for the Velocity Max to go from 0 to 60 mph, making it one of the fastest SUVs on the market.
