New 2024 Cadillac Celestiq Electric, Rumors, Redesign – A $200,000 hand-built all-electric car, the Cadillac Celestiq, will be Cadillac’s flagship when it goes on sale. While the yearly allotment is still uncertain, construction numbers are likely to be restricted. With GM’s new Ultium platform and four-wheel steering, the Celestiq will be built on GM’s new flexible, modular Ultium platform.

There are plans for a vehicle with a minimum driving range of 400 kilometers. The roof will include a four-quadrant, suspended-particle-device smart glass, and each tenant will be able to customize the roof’s transparency. There will also be a 33-inch screen and a variety of handcrafted materials on the device’s interior.

Despite its “clean slate” look, the 2024 Cadillac Celestiq is undoubtedly a Cadillac. Defining the muscular front grille is a black crystal and an eye-catching lighting pattern that encircles the company emblem on the sides and bottom. A pair of LED daytime running lights are positioned on either side of the front end rather than incorporated into the headlights. Ultra-thin LEDs adorn the tops of the pillars.

The C-pillar-to-rear-glass split taillights are a unique design feature. Extra lengthy lights on each side of the rear bumper divide the light pattern. Alloy wheels with a split six-spoke design are standard on the base model, while 22-inch wheels are an option. Exterior paint options include Satin Steel Metallic and Stellar Black Metallic. The black roof and lower body panels on the former make it a standout.

Interior

The 2024 Cadillac Celestiq interior design is both basic and high-tech, making it an excellent choice for a modern home. As a basic feature, a 33-inch curved LED display with over one billion colors is featured. These two components are enclosed in a single compartment: the dashboard gauges and the touchscreen. A single horizontal strip, tilted slightly toward the driver, houses the HVAC controls below the touchscreen. Standard equipment includes a 19-speaker AKG Studio audio system with headrest speakers. Both Sky Cool Gray and Noir are available for the interior of the bag.

The three-spoke steering wheel has controls for speaker volume, Bluetooth, and other features of the infotainment system on each side. The gear selector dial and two cupholders are located on either side of the center console. Additional noise-cancelling technology is also included in this model. Even the tiniest details were carefully considered by the designers.

Engine

Rear-wheel drive and a rear-axle electric motor are standard on the 2024 Cadillac Celestiq, while all-wheel drive is an option that requires a second motor to power the front wheels. We don’t know how much engine the all-wheel-drive engine for the Cadillac Celestiq will produce; the rear-wheel-drive alternative is expected to deliver 340 horsepower. At least at low speeds, an electric motor’s power supply is instantaneous, so acceleration will be swift.

The Ultium is the codename for the Cadillac Celestiq. The plant can currently make batteries with capacities between 50 kWh and 200 kWh. The biggest capacity is for large electric pickup trucks like the upcoming GMC Hummer EV SUT, which will have an all-electric range of more than 300 miles with a 100 kWh battery, as claimed by Cadillac.
